Fancy Sushi & Grill

This was overall a restaurant that didn’t quite understand the art of a (great) sushi roll. Sushi in general ought to be smaller in nature…less rice more bite size. The food itself was good and fresh, they were just too large to consume in one bite. To put it in visual perspective, the roll itself was larger than the soy dipping tray. On a positive note the Yum Yum sauce was very delicious, however, when we took our to go bag, they wanted to charge us $.75 for the small little plastic cup.

Fancy Sushi is our favorite local sushi place in PC. My favorite Roll is rice-less, with cucumber wrap. Their Icheban Roll is awesome! I’ve never had any entree, appetizer or side that wasn’t freshly made, perfectly seasoned and prepared with love. They obviously enjoy what they do. The restaurant is clean with a great vibe. The service is friendly and attentive. Prices are good especially compared with the quality. Great value. I had ordered online for pick up for the first time last night with a last minute sushi craving. It was ready & handed to me as I walked in the door! Hot, fresh & perfection. I’ll add photos from future visits. 🥢💕💯

Food is good. Note: the sushi and salmon rolls do not contain cubes of fish but a grounded / smashed version of.. still good.

A few times I went it was really good, then when I went back again the portion seemed smaller and the prices seem to have gone up a little bit. Bit I wasn't happy about that. But it is a local sushi joint, so I take advantage of it from time to time. I'm not a huge fan but it will do

My husband goes here sometimes for lunch at work. He really likes it so one weekend we decided to go there. It was okay. I thought the food was not a flavorful as I’d like and not enough sauce to coat my rice. Husband did say it is way better than that experience and he didn’t understand why it was different that day. Because of that I only took one star away. The staff was awesome though! And it looked clean so that’s good. I didn’t use the bathroom tho. Will go again sometime to give them another chance.

I ordered the Tuna Tataki and the Rainbow Roll, and wow — absolute perfection on a plate! The tuna was seared just right, tender and flavorful, and the Rainbow Roll was fresh, colorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

The place is clean, cozy, and has a peaceful vibe that makes you want to linger. Whether you're a sushi lover or just curious, this spot is a must-try.
