This was one of the worst vacations I've ever had. I did use credit card points that I saved for two years to book this room! It was a premium suite in the main tower with an ocean view. I was so excited when I finally earned enough points to book this place. . The total bill was ridiculously expensive, which is why I worked so hard to save my points to book it ! We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We called several times to make changes to the reservation and we never heard back from the front desk. Upon arrival, we had to walk through the middle of a meeting to get to our room. There was also “ring cameras” outside a personal room saying we were being recorded every time we walked by.
