Had to say large ice coffee Xtra cream no sugar 3 times. Finally the third time she gets it and ends my order but wait I wasn't through. Worse McDonald's around me.

I had a simple order. Just a McChicken sandwich. From the he time I placed my order and paid for it at the drive through, I waited almost an hour. Finally I went inside to demand my money back. The manager a short red headed lady didn't even have the decency to apologize for the long wait nor did she give me the sandwich as a courtesy for having to wait so long. The same day I called the store to explain what happened. I spoke to another manager. He said the next time I come, he'll give me the sandwich for free and will put a note by the desk. A week later I returned to the store. The same red headed lady argued with me. Refused to give me the sandwich. I got angry. Drove away and called her a name. I will never order from there again. It's managers like her that give McDonald's bad reviews. She is not fit to be in a manager position. She knows nothing about providing good customer service to make s customer happy

Waited 20 mins for 2 Mcdoubles all because I ordered to go from the dining room. While the manager - not in uniform- audibly and repeatedly told the cook line to skip the dining room orders in favor for the drive thru orders she was expediting. They pushed closed to 30 drive thru orders out during the time I waited. I will be letting corporate know that they need to start trackong pickup times at this location because staff here has no incentive to process them.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The drinks had the proper amount of syrup/carbonation. My only complaint was that it was too cold in the restaurant. It made it unpleasant for dining in.

I mean it's a McDonald's. We know what it is, it's food that we've known for years since most people were born at this time, having said that I think that the quality of the food has diminished over the years. For reasons that I would think would be cost, and stock value. I think McDonald's has totally lost that original reason of inventing the system of fast food. I think that because the original owners sold out and when the corporations took over and made it into what it is today we the people lost out on a fantastic invention that was supposed to be good while tasty food at a low price. The stuff they use to make them meet I'm sure is tentative at best. And having said that the quality has gone downhill ever since. I think that of McDonald's wakes up and says hey we can still make this good quality food and cost an extra dime to do it then the people will get at least a little better quality food and not cost any much more than what it is today. The profit margins have skyrocketed it so much because of the cuts in quality and cuts and pay, and cuts in service and amenities that other smaller franchises are Out doing McDonald's and every way. Having said that this particular restaurant is focused primarily on drive-thru only. If you are a walk-up customer to the counter I think you will find that service is, well non-existent, and you are overlooked greatly. They are focused on their drive-thru and I know this because when I arrived they drive through line was stacked deep so I walked in and the car that was last in line got their food and left before I received mine. And I was the only one in line. A few more stragglers came in after me but I stood in line for a good 7 minutes before I was even approached to place an order. After that it took at least another 12 to 15 minutes to receive my order. Finally when I did receive the order it was incorrect so I didn't even bother returning, I called them on the phone told them of my experience and was told that they would take my name and the next time I come up they would replace my item for free. It took and I kid you not 30 minutes in the restaurant at that time that I returned to receive my free item which was very simple two quarter pounders of cheese extra onions. At least 30 minutes! Arguing over the fact that I made the phone call and whom I spoke to which is a manager and was told that she would take my name and write it down after they searched and searched for this information it was never written down, I don't believe them but kind of sort of do because I really don't think the manager took the effort to write my information down. If you go expect what you're paying for, and check your food before you leave. Best advice I can give to anyone. And don't waste your time going inside unless you plan on hanging out for quite a bit. Overall experience was poor but the food itself, if it were not incorrect, was what you expect from McDonald's poor quality soft and mushy and lots of gristle. Will I go back to this location probably, haven't said that I expect what I get.

Waited ridiculous amount of time in short line in drive thru then sent to wait at second accessory window, we finally received our food my husband checks bag while girl still at window and after all the waiting our fries are missing. My husband says hey what about my fries? I ordered a number 2, the girl had already disappeared? We then had to drive all the way back around the building to go back through the drive thru where we give the same girl our receipt and we say we want our fries we ordered a number 2, she actually looks at my husband like he is lying! The girl looks at the receipt says nothing gets the fries and hands them to my husband no apology no nothing and shuts the window ... Nice

I usually don't eat at McDonald's. Therefore, I can't really judge the food at this place. Except I do stop to purchase their milkshakes. However, I've tried to order a shake from this place for over 6 months, and all they say every time I place an order...." Our milkshake machine is out of order." Wow! I can't believe it would take 6 months or more to repair or replace a milkshake machine! Unbelievable!

Old lady at the drive thru needs to quit if she's so miserable she can't help the customers get what they actually need. Roll up on her RBF and piss poor attitude. How hard is it to say " oh I'm sorry, you didn't get what you asked for here let's see what happened and we'll get you what you actually want."
