when i was in the drive through part with the screen, i told her “2 cheeseburgers with just lettuce meat and cheese” then she said it back and added it, then when we got to the window she was really nice but we had to wait like 5 minutes and then when i opened the burgers one was fine, then the other had no lettuce and ketchup??? like cmon you literally said it back.
I had ordered on the mobile app for this location and for some reason it didn't load and put it in for a different mcdonalds when I was already on my way here. I tried calling thay mcdonald's to cancel the order since they hadn't made the order yet. The person on the phone told me he wouldn't cancel the order and made it even tho I couldn't be at the location since it was far away. When I came here I asked Tiffany the manager what could be done. She wound up making that same order...read full review
