I really feel like the manager of the subway needs to be recognized for her exceptional customer service!! I’m not sure how long she has been the manager but I haven’t been back to this subway in over a year. Last week I placed a order online for pick up, got to the store and figured out I ordered it to the incorrect location. Sandwich was good, service was horrible. Maybe it was just the worker that helped me but she was in a rush and talked very disrespectful. Stared at me when she said something but I couldn't hear her. Not good.
I have gone to this subway for many years now. I mean, Subway is Subway.. we all understand the quality we are getting when we go into subway. One of the biggest reasons they are successful though is their generally good/quick service. Today I placed my order over the phone and the first time I called they didn't answer.
