Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was a little disappointed with the service. I feel as though we waited a little too long for soup and bread refills. Also, I was never asked to refill my beverage.

I’ll say i had a very unwelcoming experience at this location tonight. We just like everyone else we’re waiting outside for 40min. We came in with our baby in her seat/stroller. Nothing was said to us. They then sat us in a booth. We had the baby in her stroller by us. It’s never been an issue anywhere and they sat us down without saying anything. Then our server comes up and says we don’t allow baby strollers here. Um ok we can go? “Give me a sec I’ll be back” comes back “we’re gonna figure this out” ok? Manager then comes over. At this point I’m already very uncomfortable. He desides to start convo by again saying we don’t allow babies right here. At this point I’m like ok we can really just go because no one has said anything about getting us a different seat just we don’t allow strollers right here. He then finally says well we can move you which I mean really y’all should have led with that. Yall really made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Please do better on how you talk to people who keep you in business. Yall came over 3 times to talk about how her stroller wasn’t allowed but didn’t mention moving us until after i was already fed up and uncomfortable with the whole situation since yall drew attention to us multiple times in a restaurant full of people.

I will say our 2nd server was nice.

Me and my family stopped in last night for my birthday and it was a truly awful experience from start to finish. Our server was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude and wasn’t attentive in the slightest. We ended up not even staying and boxed everything up. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

We had a family gathering for dinner consisting of 4 adults, an 8 yr old and a 1 month old baby. Our waitress was awesome! I'm sorry that I don't remember her name because she deserves recognition. The angel hair pasta was fabulous with meat sauce and meatballs. The salad and hot breadsticks were fabulous. We enjoyed the food immensely. 😋 Everyone cleaned their plates, leaving nothing for leftovers and I haven't done that in a long time. I recommend this particular Olive Garden at 5294 State Road 100, Palm Coast, FL because they appreciate their customers and know how to take care of them. We all enjoyed our meal at this location and we very much appreciated the service we received.
