Placed an order on a Monday night at 6:40 pm. It’s 8:14 pm and I STILL haven’t received my order. Called the store to inquire and was given excuses but couldn’t tell me when my order would arrive. Very rude and was offered no solution. Over an hour and half is unacceptable.

Terrible size pizza for the price us nurses got 5 pizzas 88 dollars and they were size of individual pizza that is bull they should ashamed selling those small pizzas thin crust too I called the manager didnt care ill make sure advent dont order from this place the lady on ph was rude too terrible pizza place

Papa John’s pizza used to be very good. The quality has deteriorated. We ordered pizza back in November and it took more than an hour to be delivered. Mediocre pizza at the best. No reward points were credited to account. Yesterday we decided to give it another chance and ordered again. It took more than an hour to deliver two extra large pizzas. They were cold at delivery. Again not the best pizzas. Reward points were not credited to the account again. Today Jan 15th at 1:00 pm , I called the store in Palm Coast, where we have ordered them to be treated very rudely. She insisted that I have to personally go to the store?? and she hung up on me twice. If this is the way they treat customers and they serve cold, mediocre pizza, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Had to share about the great service received from I believe his name was Lance. I made a mistake with the address and not realizing it I was called to confirm. He was very friendly and courteous. Food arrived fast and was great. By far my best experience at any Papa Johns.

Food for pickup was a but slow on a Monday night but it was hot and fresh out of the oven. Slow and fresh is better than slow and cold. Didn't have the dessert I ordered. Let me wait in lobby before telling me. They did make it up by offering a free 2 liter. Pizza was good.

Do yourself a favor and make sure you pizza is cut. Unbelievable. Never seen anything like this belie. Be sure to check your order!!! Uncut pizza with no knife is absolutely insane to me. You literally have one job. Come on people!
