Had to share about the great service received from I believe his name was Lance. I made a mistake with the address and not realizing it I was called to confirm. He was very friendly and courteous. Food arrived fast and was great. By far my best experience at any Papa Johns.
Food for pickup was a but slow on a Monday night but it was hot and fresh out of the oven. Slow and fresh is better than slow and cold. Didn't have the dessert I ordered. Let me wait in lobby before telling me. They did make it up by offering a free 2 liter. Pizza was good.

Papa John’s pizza used to be very good. The quality has deteriorated. We ordered pizza back in November and it took more than an hour to be delivered. Mediocre pizza at the best. No reward points were credited to account. Yesterday we decided to give it another chance and ordered again. It took more than an hour to deliver two extra large pizzas. They were cold at delivery.
