Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This was a horrible experience! Ordered a dark meat 5 piece meal. The chicken was white meat and not dark meat, the entire meal was ice cold, and whoever answers to manager at the location (who is afraid to give their name so I can address them appropriately) was not equipped to do her job. I was told someone else had already picked up my mobile order. Then they said they had to pull me forward to remake it. I reminded her exactly what my order was and offered to provide her the receipt to remake because they gave it to someone else already and she assured me that they could handle the order. They did not handle the order. Then when I called she said it was cold because it was already ready ahead of picking up… but they told me they had to remake it. No wonder this store averages 2 stars with the experience I had. Absolutely a mess and it is a shame I can’t use Popeyes again as we just moved to Palm Coast. It seems like there is no accountability in the mistake made and I can’t imagine being raised to not have pride in what I do, regardless of what it is.

It's honestly impressive the level of incompetence at this location. Do you even read the orders or just put random food in a bag?

They always say we don't have any spicy chicken like come on your Popeyes. It looks like you need to cook more spicy chicken then.

Order is never right. Asked for regular tenders and given spicy, asked for extra sauce at the window and they gave me one ranch for a 5pc. Every time I go to this location there is an issue, the tenders are cold and hard for $18.

You have to use the kiosk. They will not take your order. Oh well KFC would love our business

It's been a while since I've been to Popeyes and it'll probably be a long while before I'll ever go back
Six chicken wings and a small soda over 10 dollars
Chicken wings were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while
2.99 for a small soda is to much
Had to ask for dipping sauce for chicken and there wasn't even a single napkin in bag

If I could leave a zero rating I would. It was totally burnt and not edible

Time to SHUT IT DOWN!!! Having been here many times since opening, I get tired of excuses from staff that don't want to work. This is the last time I will drive 30 minutes so my family can sit down and eat only to find the doors locked while employees sit/eat inside. Poor customer service is bad enough but closing doors at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon is unacceptable! Suggesting guests go to the drive thru coupled with an egregious excuse of being short staffed doesn't work anymore post Covid. If management cannot properly perform their jobs, nobody will have employment since lost customers equate to lost revenue. WAKE UP, SHAKE UP OR SHUT DOWN!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

This place used to be decent up until about 6 to 9 months ago but has gone downhill. They've messed up several orders now (drive through). I went through a few days ago and ordered the 5 piece chicken tender meal. Cost was just under $15. They forgot the biscuit and the tenders were more like nuggets. $15 for the measly portion in the photo. They've ripped me off for the last time, I'll never go back. In general, I've found the Popeye's chain to be going downhill rather quickly. Corporate says most are independently owned and operated and I doubt they'll care until more places close and they begin to lose franchise fees.

11/14/2024 update
Stopped by tonight and went inside. My shoes literally stuck to the floor as if they mopped them with soda. I will not be giving this location a third try.

Like all the other reviews, several items out of stock, including some sodas. Food was alright, but we won’t be returning. I can go almost anywhere else and they have everything on their menu available.

I ate a Popeyes all over the place. This one here on route 100 Palm Coast floor is the worst one I've ever been to. I got popcorn shrimp as a side and I got a three-piece chicken meal with french fries and mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The popcorn shrimp was hard as a rock so it was either overcooked or old. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The chicken was old. The french fries were crunchy, not even worth eating and when I went up to the counter he didn't have a name tag. But some guy that had shoulder length threads that were black and red in color. I told him about it. He says well. That's how our food is served here. If you don't like it, you don't have to eat here. Great customer service. I'll never come to this store again

I love Popeyes. My only complaint is that it’s rather expensive for fast food. I order through the app and get a meal deal discount. I mix hot sauce and blackened ranch in with my mashed potatoes.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants in my area one of the lowest rated Popeyes in florida.i went in on Saturday to get a simple order they could not even fulfill my order because they were out of chicken sandwichs a chicken restaurant out of chicken. this restaurant was in total disarray from no food to the place looking dirty rundown.i tried to reach customer service now you can't even tallk to anyone to totally automated and been waiting for s. Response since Saturday emails chats nothing seems to matter or work.of looking for dinner go elsewhere there's no sence rating here of they even have the food.think before going

I WILL NEVER RETURN. Horrible experience. I had a coupon for a 12 piece family meal for $22 dollars and change. The inside was closed and locked (after 6pm), so we had to use the Drive-Thru Window. The Drive-Thru wouldn't honor any of the coupons we had (not just the 12-piece deal), and the closest we could come was to order the 14-piece (with the same sides, etc.) for $39.25. SO BY REFUSING TO HONOR THE VALID POPEYE'S COUPON, THEY CHARGED $17 DOLLARS MORE FOR 2 EXTRA PIECES OF CHICKEN. This is the most expensive 2 pieces of chicken in my life!!!!!

Highway robbery, and I WILL NEVER RETURN.

PS: This isn't even our first negative experience at this Popeye's branch. But this most recent offense was so egregious that I needed TO WARN OTHERS! Mediocre food, and terrible staff.
