I've been to a lot of different Popeyes and this one is by far the worst. Waited like 20 minutes for the food (dining in). Chicken was literally cold. I heard them talking in the back that they were waiting on biscuits, so the rest of the food got cold in the process. Staff wasn't very friendly either, and all the tables and chairs were dirty. Will not be returning.

Terrible in nearly every way. We order a strips meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Ten minutes after ordering (no other guests in the restaurant and maybe one car in the drive through), someone comes out and says they don’t have chicken strips. So I sub for a chicken sandwich with no sauce. Nearly 20 minutes after ordering, we get our meal, unsweetened tea and cup for a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke station on the fountain was not working. My brother said the tea was terrible and threw it out. There was sauce on my sandwich. My brother’s sandwich ended up being undercooked and he got sick and vomited it up.

Terrible customer service. Was rude to my mother in law AND my husband, this is unacceptable service. I can understand having a bad day, but that's not a single reason to treat customers like trash or annoyances. especially not when they've been made to just wait because of having a customer service member ignoring them. Worst Popeyes. We won't be coming back here again.

Every single time we come here the workers are so incredibly rude. There’s always an annoyed tone from someone behind the counter, always out of something, and not a single person even bothers to give you the time of day and just shoos you away to the kiosk. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
Wow how this place has fallen apart, I come in with almost nobody there roughly 3 cars and 2 people in the front and it takes 20-30 mins just for them to allow me to pay and they even ordered a pizza and got that said pizza while I was waiting on service😭🙏 you cannot make this up. THEY ORDERED PIZZA WHILE I WAS WAITING AND 2 outhers WHERE WAITING FOR SERVICE
