Bought a Java chip frappacino and it was a cold coffee, there was barely any ice in it. Cold liquid, not a true frapp. Not to mention the fact no one called my name to alert me that my drink was ready, luckily my fiance noticed it was sitting there. The last time another location put pumpkin spice flavoring in my Java chip frapp. I havent had an up to par coffee from this company in a very long time, something has been wrong with my order everytime I go for the past couple years....read full review
