The chicken strips were overcooked and tasted and smelled old. The fries and shake were good though. There was no interaction with staff at all. You order at the kiosk and fill your own drink and go pick up your food from the counter when they say your name.

Steak and shake used to be my ho to comfort place, but now you have to order on a kiosk, and pick up your own food. They don't have the Royale steak burger, there us no wait staff, it's a very sterile unfriendly environment anymore. They lost a loyal customer that used to go 3 times every week for over a year straight. Goodbye steak and shake. R.I.P.

Went here tonight and ran into Mary. Honestly one of the best ladies I have run into within the food industry. So sweet, caring, and just honestly worried about my experience. I hope everyone who reads this gets the experience that she gave to me, she was awesome! ♥️
