Originally, I was upset because I received the wrong food, but after coming in and speaking to the manager Peter, he was super nice and explained their situation of being busy and losing service and afterwards I felt awful for even being upset because he took care of me so well. Honestly, this is my favorite chipotle. I drive out of my way to come here because the food is always the best. Thank you so much Peter and again so sorry for coming in hot. You took really good care of...

Update: I like to be fair on reviews. Since I wrote this, a lot seems to have changed. I’ve been back twice since and both times were good. The manager there also seemed very focused on customer service and helped me with an issue. Portion and food was good. Most of the complaints I had listed below were non existent the last two times. Let’s hope it stays like that! Original review below for reference of improvement. Solid 4 stars now.
