The girls working tonight were absolutely amazing—so fast, kind, and helpful! One of them, I believe her name was Kylie, even told us about a BOGO deal and helped us activate our account. She had dark brown hair and such a great attitude. Despite it being a busy Saturday night (and even with a few rude, groggy customers), they kept the line moving quickly with positivity and kindness toward everyone. Truly outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm giving you three stars and that's being nice the ice cream was so small three spoonfuls and it was gone and it cost me $11. They don't tell you that you have to pay extra for each ingredient that should be in the ice cream flavor that you want to begin with like Rocky road.

The lady serving us was Diani not sure how to spell her name. Anyways was super awesome I just have to say a thumbs down to the management or whoever decided to schedule her by herself Friday night?! The place was absolutely packed and I can tell she was feeling stressed. She was amazing but please cold stone do better! You’re over working your employees!
