“It’s 6:30 in the morning on Valentines Day 2025 and I’m on my way to work. I need a coffee. I didn’t know dunkin was open at 5 o’clock bless them. The lady that served me was cheery, polite, patient and not smarmy. She called me maa’m. I’m nearly 70 so addresses like honey, sugar, sweetie do not go down well with me when I am being served by someone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. It was quick, I guess not too many people were being served as early as 630 but I found it most enjoyable and wanted to say so. Thank you lady who served me on Valentine’s Day. 2025.

Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there.
