Jess, ( I think is her name) is fabulous and always makes our coffee perfect every time. She always smiles when she greets us, whether I come in at 7:00 am or 5:00pm and has memorized our order. Because of her, we keep coming back. Thanks!

waited for donut kit way too long. apparently, I had to wait till she served everyone that comes through the door. 40 min later, she hasn't even started making my order. terrible!! maybe hire another person to help out!!!
