The coffee has changed to a watery non-rich brew. I used to enjoy grabbing a morning hot cup of rich, creamy coffee but over the last 2 months, they have changed something at this location! Last weekend my husband left with a cup of hot cream... they claimed it had coffee in it, but it was literally a hot cup of tasteless cream. We went back and they "corrected" the order only to find it was hardly better and still a very watered down version. Today I went back to give it another try and that was my last. Again, it was watered down (my bad) and yet they claim it's as they've always made it. If you want an actual cup of coffee, you will not find it here.

I have actually had a GREAT experience at this Dunkin location! There is no female manager that yells at her employees. The acting owner is male, and is on site during the day almost all the time. Even when he is not there, the staff are always friendly and hard working. On the rare occasion they have not completed my order correctly, they ALWAYS make it right. The current rating for this ownership/management does NOT reflect the current level of quality and customer service. And it is BUSY!!! My faves are the avocado toast, the chicken wrap, and the snacking’ bacon! I am amazed at the offerings they have on their menu! I have eaten at other Dunkin’ locations and this one is by far THE BEST!!!!

johnathan and ayla are so kind and helpful. i ordered a ham&swiss stuffer and three hashbrowns and four coffees for the family and when i got home i had to come right back because i forgot to order the doughnuts!!! they jumped into action to help me get back home super fast so i could enjoy breakfast with my family and they even helped me download the online app so i could order online and get rewards!!! absolutely amazing team at this location!!! i am so glad to see the upgrade from the past three years compared to now. michelle always gave us terrible service, she had a terrible attitude when i would come in because i always order large to take care of family. i haven’t seen her in a while, but ive seen johnathan almost every time ive come in. im so glad that johnathan and his team takes such good care of us!!! MAY GOD BLESS THEM!!!
