So glad that we have Einstein Express here in Ridgemoor. I love the Farmhouse bagel for breakfast and it is always perfect. The help is very friendly and customer service oriented. The menu may be smaller, but they make up for it in service and the product they do have.
They are fast. They have several coffees to choose from and many breakfast foods. I usually only get the bagels. They don't have the big selection like at the stand alone Einstein, but they have what I eat. Their is a discount is your buy 6 or more, which is usually what my husband and I normally get so that we have leftovers for the next day. The employees greet you and are courteous. They wear mask and gloves. Quick easy and good

We've been numerous times to Einstein Bagels on the North Dale Mabry Highway location and we have ordered several different breakfast bagel sandwiches. Our favorite is the Nova Lox (smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, and capers) on a toasted Everything bagel or a toasted Sesame seed bagel.
