Was one of the best Dunkin locations as far as service and consistency however I don’t know what has happened lately but it’s not good! I went there about 2 weeks ordered my coffee and a snackin bacon (my favorite) and the kid handed me the bacon and it didn’t look seasoned so I asked him and he immediately got annoyed that I asked then lied right to my face saying yes when really he knew he had just handed me a bag of plain bacon, so I didn’t go back. Well today I decided to give it another chance and after waiting about 10mins they handed me a bag of barely cooked bacon again with little to no seasoning on it. I left my paid for bacon on the counter and left going to work hungry.

This was the first meal my wife and I had together. She had a bagel with cream & an orange juice cheese, and I had a toasted BEC bagel with chocolate milk. It wasn't at this specific store, but dunkin' is dunkin' no matter what state you're in. I lost her two weeks ago... I can't stop thinking about her.

The gentleman who made my caramel ice coffee on 9/4/23 did an amazing job! It was absolutely the best I've tasted from any Dunkin location. He also had my drinks ready perfectly and neatly in a drink carrier, which I appreciate.Definitely returning to this location.

This dunkin is usually good. The new older lady they hired has a pretty bad attitude. Also not hard to put in the right order. Asked for a different coffee because they put regular milk. Got the second coffee, no sweetener. Just walked out.

This place has been having problems for years. Untrained people, revolving door, etc. Lately it is just not convenient. No line but somehow you are still standing there forever. They ring in orders but then the ones cooking say "they don't have any orders left to do". It's very frustrating. And the one manager tends to blame the customer instead of taking ownership for Untrained people making mistakes. ?
I love this dunkin location. I'll be honest, this location is the reason i haven't moved yet. The staff are soo friendly and have truly seen me at my worst. I'm going to come back and edit when i learn names because there is one woman that if shes working its always a great experience. Shes equal parts scary and friendly (she reminds me of my mom). Love this location.
