Stopped in Flapjacks Pancake House for the first time this morning and had a great experience!! Was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Had no wait and was able to choose where I would like to sit which was nice. My server, Stephanie was absolutely fantastic in her service for the entire duration of my dining time!!! We go to a new breakfast place every weekend. This time I returned to flapjacks for my third visit in 2 years. Parking is somewhat available if you're lucky you can get close to the restaurant. The staff is nice people. Seating is average. Not hard seats but not overly soft either. They serve your food in a timely manner. They are used to getting high volumes of people on the weekend. The special was a lemon berry waffle. They had one other special which was a French toast....

Let me start by saying this business and owners went above and beyond. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing but how the owners stepped up, I have never seen. While at breakfast, a tow company came to tow our boat and my son-in-laws truck. The driver came to the restaurant to have them moved. By the time the owner came to our table to tell us and we went outside, it was already hooked up. No chance to move it but the tow truck driver said he’d drop it for $285. Did he...
