My favorite place for subs was a deli in St. Pete. But this place gives them a run for their money, and right in my own neighborhood no less! Their mouth-watering slow smoked meats are a real game changer, even compared to Boar's Head. But what pushes a sandwich spot over the top is the bread. Rocky Mountain gets their bread from Giovanni's, a local bakery and a must for any North County contender. The tri tip is a carnivore's dream, but one bite of the turkey sub with the house 'Bama sauce and you'll hear the trumpets of the angels of rapture ? And you must try their homemade soups! Fast, friendly service.

I love this place, my husband and were hooked from the moment we went. The owners are incredible. The place is always clean, great service and the food is very fresh, certainly not your average sub shop! There’s also a small bar area that you can enjoy while you wait for your food or while you dine. I highly recommend!

We live close by so it was finally time to try this much anticipated sub shop. I got a French dip my wife got the beef n cheddar. 2 12 inch subs for 35.00! For that price expectations are high. This was one of the most disappointing sandwiches I've ever had. The roast beef was so overdone and rubbery my only explanation would be it was microwaved. I hope it wasn't ?. The au jus was less than flavorful. I feel like I got robbed, wanted the Colorado dank and got the boof instead. I'm not sure getting high before eating would have saved this sandwich either.
