the workers are always sweet, but it seems to be understaffed. the wait times here are terrible. every single time. the amount of times i’ve order coffee before work from here and it’s not ready for another 10 or 15 minutes after it said it was going to be from the app, is insane. no matter if it’s 11am, 3pm or 5pm. i know to not order from here if i am expecting a drink in a time crunch. ??‍♀️ the reality of being a consumer i suppose. just thought id write a review...read full review

Staff are friendly enough but service is hit or miss. Before the redesign, this place used to be packed. Now it looks like this inside (empty) more often than not. For some reason, they redesigned the interior to have less seating, and what seating is left is incredibly uncomfortable and sterile. It's like they don't want people to hang out here, and people seem to be getting the message.

Drive-thru lines may be long but they always get us moving through quickly. I appreciate the smiles and small talk while waiting for food/drinks. Sometimes a kind gesture of how has your day been goes a long way. Thank you!
