“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Martin at McDonald’s! He’s always so nice and helpful, and no matter what time of day it is, he’s got that genuine smile that makes your day a little better. He always double-checks the bag to make sure everything’s in there and you can tell he actually cares about the customers. Honestly, he’s the most awesome employee I’ve ever met there. I really hope he sees this and knows how much he’s appreciated, probably by a lot more people than just me!“

“I had the pleasure of having Jas as my waitress and she was so phenomenal. Her customer service is the absolute best I’ve had in the rosemary area. When things were hard she kept a great composure, great professionalism, and kept the customers up to date on their incoming orders. She was so kind, and so thoughtful and this is my first time going there as of today. If this is where she wants to be she truly deserves a manager position. Other than that keep being who you are Jas.

“The picanha was delicious! Cooked perfectly great cuts and seasoned to perfection. The rice and beans we got as a side was also great. It was our first time there and they gave us a complimentary app of their amazing cheesy bread, kebe, and coshinas. We loved it!!! They also had live entertainment and the guy singing all of the classics was spectacular! The service was also very good. Well will definitely be back often! Thanks guys!“

“Awesome customer service at this location! I've eaten at another location and I said I'd never eat at another BurgerFi again. I explained the situation to the manager, Clermond, and he stated that's unfortunate and it should never have happened. He said he wanted to make things right so we'd continue to be BurgerFi customers. The food came out hot and fresh, even though we came in close to closing. Clermond threw in a free milkshake, which was very nice of him. The other staff were very nice as well. We enjoyed the food and service so much we came in again the following week. Being nice and thoughtful to your customers goes a long way. Thank you Clermond!“

“We order through food delivery (Uber Eats) and although the food is overall good they describe the Belgium waffle as coming with vanilla whipped cream and they won’t deliver it that way. Also the grits are very heavily seasoned with pepper which is fine if you like a lot of black pepper but not great if you don’t.“

“Richard at the Military and Okeechobee location always gives such an amazing customer service experience every time I come into the building and that’s why I keep coming back. Whether I’m with my husband and kids or I’m with my sister and one of my children, I always have the best time anytime that he is our server. Joel was incredibly kind and helpful with all of my requests. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy, maintaining a big smile and a positive attitude throughout the interaction. I particularly appreciated that he was professional while I was placing my order and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

He was rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude while assisting another customer, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this set a negative tone upon entering the establishment and was quite disappointing.“
