Best food experience , food was fast, warm,regular fries carry,cheese fries are even better. Great portions for a decent price. The boneless wings have a soft crisp to them while the white meat is so juicy, their vegetables are always fresh, the cheese pull is so good on their cheese steaks. Their chicken steak is so good compared to Miami Grill Subs, I love them but Miami grills chicken steak is dry and small. Charley’s never lets me down in quality and service.

Check your order before you leave they will mess up your order and not take accountability as if you’re lieing..also very nasty establishment seen a roach on the counter beware

Wow!! WORST location EVER. I went thru the drive thru. I ordered the old school, which comes with extra meat and cheese whiz. Paid 18$. Got a completely wrong order, regular steak with onions. So I take it back, and they go in the back with it. Come out about 2 mins later. They literally just picked off the onions and squirted some cheese sauce (not whiz) on it. No extra meat. DISGUSTING

Then I asked for my money back. And in the midst of all this, another guy comes in behind me with also a wrong order, which I'm thinking is mine. Nope! Someone elses. They bring him his correct one from the back, and it's cold and missing fries. So they make him a new one. Hot, but forgot the fries AGAIN.

Back to me.. took me another 20+ minutes to get my money back, because the guy at the register had to call his boss, and was serving other customers rather than me. And while getting my money back, he says so no drink? They were going to short me 2$ because I left my drink in the truck, thinking I'd get the correct sandwhich!! So you better believe I went and got that drink!!

I've been to this location multiple times. I don't know what happened but never ever again! THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

The woman at the counter refused to give me my food. She told me that I need to confirm the order before she gives it to me. I explained to her that I was not a dasher that this was a pick-up order that I payed for. I had to call DoorDash for a refund and they confirmed that only dashers have to confirm orders. This is not the first time she has done this, but the first time she would not give me my food.

I go here on my lunch break sometimes and everything is 5 stars! I usually go through the drive thru and they have it ready within minutes & never get my order wrong. Food is always made hot and fresh.. it’s so good!
