It’s crazy to call a local guide a disrespectful lier . When in fact my husband came out very disappointed in your service he was upset that the cashier gave him an attitude about a different bag of chips . I tried the cueritos that was given to him and they were awful and had a distinct smell and taste I’ve never had this DISAPPOINTMENT IN CHULAS when I go to see her store . The tacos were bland no flavoring what so ever as well as the tostadas that we ordered there

Went into this establishment all I got was attitude. Very unprofessional. Treat your customers with respect.
To Mr Charlie’s happy corn : I was in the right store . Not everyone has a good attitude about working there. I decided to support a small business . With that being said not every day is a good day. You can check your cameras review all the footage as you want. It still won’t change the fact that your customer service is not great. I hope you understand. This is honest review and this experience with your business was not a pleasant one.

Quesabirra Tacos from the food truck are amazing & iced deserts from inside are also great ?? hidden ? I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area! I grew up in hells kitchen NYC and always the best food are from the sketchiest looking joints! Charlie's hits the spot!!

Food is old and taste bad. Workers have attitude and don't speak English. Neighborhood is not safe.

I do not recommend them, first of all the prices are very high and every time you order the fabrics look bad.

Mala atencion. Fruta en mal estado. Helado sin sabor. No lo recomiendo!⚠️⚠️ Very bad attention. Fruit in poor condition. Flavorless ice cream.

I like Charlie’s Happy Corn, it is one of my favorite places to go too. The food is good. The guy in the front is always nice. The only complaint I would have is every time I go the tables are always extremely dirty. The paper towels dispenser is always out of paper which sucks too so it’s not like you can clean the tables yourself. The floors look like it’s never been cleaned. Otherwise, I would say the quality of the food is good, just minor things like cleanliness makes a big difference. I still give Charlie’s a 4 though because of the food.2/5This is an updated review to my previous review. I’m super upset. Today I placed a decent order paid about $60 for my items. Ordered nachos, pepinos locos, and mangonadas. The pic is how I received the nachos….. where is the cheese??? The pepinos locos the chamoy was watery it was nasty not worth eating and then the mangonada barley had anything in it. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or they were just too busy and couldn’t keep up but this is by far very disappointing. Then parking is so terrible now. I won’t be back for a while. Truly disappointed.

I love this place! But the service is not good... I called to place an order and the girl put me on hold for 6 minutes until she decided to hang up and try to call again and the phone did not continue working... I imagine that she did not hang up the phone on her part and the phone was left on and the call did not come through, which means that in those 20 minutes that I was delayed from my house to Charlie's I did not remember that he left me on hold. I called 20 times until I had to go in person to order.

I went in and ordered 4 ice creams 1 fruit cup and 1 cholada. The fruit cup was messy and it had mango, watermelon and pineapple. The mango taste like onions, very very strongly and the watermelon was flavorless. The cholada was super messy with the wrong ice cream and while eating it found a piece of cheese in it. The way the lady at the register spoke to me was very rude (acting like I'm an idiot for not knowing that you dont pick the ice cream flavor until they call you for your order, she could have told me in a way nicer tone and without rolling her eyes like 3 times) The owners brother served the ice cream, he was very kind and very good at following the instructions of the ice cream but in all honestly other than him everything else was a disaster. I really recommend you don't hire people that dont know the importance of customer service for your business to keep its good appearance and also keep the vegetables away from fruit. I spoke spanish the whole entire tome so it definitely wasn't a communication issue.
