I just love Juan. He is always so polite and respectful! He always makes your visit to the restaurant a welcoming experience. He never forgets who you are. Great food. Reasonable price. World class service. Miss Anne was slammed and had some rough customers at some of her tables. She showed grace and professionalism. Delightful to be around. As a former Chief Human Resource Officer for a Fortune 150 company I know the wear on talent is brutal. My advice is to do everything you can to keep Miss Anne and hire 10 more like her!!!
