Juan, is a wonderful well I like to start off that I came into Denny’s on Congress Avenue and then this wonderful waiter, kindness, thoughtful, and personality absolutely on the top there’s so much more I could say but you should come yourself to Denny’s on Congress 🍕🍕 and you will see what I mean Happy new year.

Juan our waiter did an excellent job in serving us.
They falsely advertise offering 5 slams for 5 and even advertise a 2 4 6 8 menu NONE of which was avaliable nor was it told to us until we had been seated!!! The manager ( who looked all of 16 and very incompetent) was walking around talking loudly so that we could intentionally hear him ( he knew I was upset and we had only juat been seated), and the waitress had an attitude that shined brighter then her fake smile, although she tried to give good service it was not genuine and you could tell she really didn't want to serve us. She even made a comment about how people are cheap. I was not being cheap I never eat an entire plate so why would I waste food . The only one that was genuine and had a great attitude was Juan. He was ready to seat us get our drinks and even made a few jokes with my family. He truly is the Juan and only one who gives a crap or so it seems. This was our 2nd time at this location and now our last!!! BOTH times have been very similar in experience.
