Unfortunately I placed an order with this location (as I have dozens of times over) and this time my driver (Pescal?) couldn’t find my address. No biggie. I get it, GPS’s and such. Tell him I’ll meet him at the end of the block. I wait 10 minutes. Driver calls me. Tells me “Yo yo but naw we dunt go der” and cancels. I called the store 2X and get hung up in my face. I wasn’t being rude, or angry. My business is solid. I’m polite to the service industries employees cause I’ve done it before. But to get hung up on? Twice? When I’m being polite? That’s not right. Do yourself a favor and order any of the other restaurants in Palm Springs or Lake Worth. You’ll actually get your dinner.

I’ve made this Dominos store my home store and i have other choices. Over the last year the workers have learned my name and i’m greeted by name when i come in. My pizza is always exactly what I want, they all know it and even when i make small changes like extra well done, they catch it. The workers are great, and the parking lot is well lit unlike some other stores in run down small stores with bad parking. This is it.

The service we received today was exceptional!! We had a large order of pizza's needed for a school order. Gio (store manager) and Sam are equipped with a professional, courteous team. The delivery driver also was a great help. All around great service!! I will definitely order from this location moving forward. Keep up the amazing work everyone.

This place absolutely rocks been hitting it steady since covid. They never shut down. Staff and managers are great people all around.
Last week I ordered a pizza with pineapple and they forgot that ingredient. I called the store and they gave me a credit that I claimed today. Woody helped me and with great kindness and professionalism he took my order again (AT NO COST TO ME). After 10 minutes I went to pick up my pizza and WOW, this has been one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten at this place and I have been a customer of this Domino's store for 12 years. Thank you WOODY because your service and that of your team today OCTOBER 17/2024 has been incredible. Personally, I called the store to thank Woody, but I would also like a manager to read my comment and convey my congratulations.

Walked in and overheard the cooks saying I stink. One guy said yeah it's that guy over nodding his head in my direction. I'm sorry bro I just worked a 14 hour shift at the docks. Won't be coming back as the staff are lowlife minimum wage type people. I tipped a dollar but wish I could take it back. Mean staff. Overpriced pizza as 3 two smalls and a drink was 31$.
