Stopped in to order at the palm springs store. Rude personel, unhelpfull acted like they were doing me a favor... when l showed them an online add they said it was not good for another 2wks...then why are you advertising a promo thats no good....DUMB!!!!

Took 90 minutes for the pizza to leave the dominos. I called to check on the order and was left on hold for at least 10 minutes and when they finally answered, the person on the phone said “it’ll be there”.

Unfortunately I placed an order with this location (as I have dozens of times over) and this time my driver (Pescal?) couldn’t find my address. No biggie. I get it, GPS’s and such. Tell him I’ll meet him at the end of the block. I wait 10 minutes. Driver calls me. Tells me “Yo yo but naw we dunt go der” and cancels. I called the store 2X and get hung up in my face. I wasn’t being rude, or angry. My business is solid. I’m polite to the service industries employees cause I’ve done it before. But to get hung up on? Twice? When I’m being polite? That’s not right. Do yourself a favor and order any of the other restaurants in Palm Springs or Lake Worth. You’ll actually get your dinner.

I’ve made this Dominos store my home store and i have other choices. Over the last year the workers have learned my name and i’m greeted by name when i come in. My pizza is always exactly what I want, they all know it and even when i make small changes like extra well done, they catch it. The workers are great, and the parking lot is well lit unlike some other stores in run down small stores with bad parking. This is it.
The service we received today was exceptional!! We had a large order of pizza's needed for a school order. Gio (store manager) and Sam are equipped with a professional, courteous team. The delivery driver also was a great help. All around great service!! I will definitely order from this location moving forward. Keep up the amazing work everyone.
