Decided to try Gino's Pizza in Palm Springs today for the 1st time due to receiving their menu in the mail. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, onions and garlic with 10pc Honey Garlic wings. Went to go pickup my order and was immediately given a friendly greeting from Joe at the counter. Place is a little hole in the wall but very clean and organized. He thanked me for giving their place a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and they exceeded my initial expectations. The pizza was delicious, nice crispy crust with no flop, just how I like my pizza. The wings were fantastic too. Nice crisp to them as well, just how I like my wings. Highly recommend and will look forward to becoming a regular customer.

Ordered a plain pie on 10/26/24 and I thought it was terrible!!! The pizza was overcooked and burnt. It was also cold. Not warm, not like warm….cold!! We ordered on a Saturday night and they said they were busy but that’s no reason for the food to come out like that! I also didn’t think it had much flavor probably because it was almost dry from being overcooked. We used to order from there about 1.5 years ago and had issues so we stopped going. We got some coupons in the mail so we thought we’d give them another try. Boy were we disappointed. We definitely won’t be coming back here!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Gino’s Pizza, a place my family and I have loyally supported for over a decade. Last evening, we ordered over $60 worth of food, and one of the pizzas was burnt.
When I called to address this, the service representative simply told me to request a lightly baked pizza next time, as if I had asked for it to be overcooked. I politely requested a replacement or a refund for the unsatisfactory pizza, but he refused and abruptly ended the call.
I called back, only to be put on hold without any explanation. It was only when my father, whose name is on the account, called that the issue was finally addressed. This experience leaves me questioning whether loyal customers are truly valued. It’s unacceptable that our concern was not taken seriously until my dad intervened.
This lack of customer service is disheartening and certainly not what we expect from Gino’s Pizza. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how you treat your customers.

Amazing Experience!
The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. I encountered a small issue, but Matt, the owner, took care of it promptly. He was incredibly understanding and didn’t hesitate to help. Thank you, Matt, for making the experience even better! I highly recommend this place.
I ordered from u guys around 8:30 ish still have not received my food yet I’m highly upset where is your delivery worker why I never received my food this is unacceptable also unprofessional

It was good Pizza. I’ll explain it as a good Dave Portnoy Football pie. 7.5 rating. Not bad for a Florida Pizza. I was really hoping for an 8 or above due to how close this is to me. But it did hit the spot and I will buy it again. Looks like a nice clean place and very courteous service.
Not sure what happened today. But this place just dropped to a 6.6. Maybe it was due to another pizza maker, but nothing close to what I had the first time. Very dough-y and disappointed. I am posting the new pizza from today below. The one missing two slices.

Some of the worst customer service I've had in a long time. We have been doing delivery with Slice and Ginos for years. Yes on occasion there's been a lil hiccup and Matt has always been accommodating but this last time something was very different. Tony & Michelle were very rude. Would not listen to what we had to say. They admitted they made an error and then blamed it on Slice delivery. That was impossible the Slice made an error on the item ordered. They don't put it in the box! 2 strombolis ended up costing $72!!!! We will not be using this pizza place again.

I got a greek salad with chicken. Oh my goodness so good and plentiful. Also, i’ve had their calzone delicious. The staff is friendly and provided excellent customer service. My son and I are frequent visitors now.

Is this placed closed? Just went there. 4:45pm. All lights off, door locked, no store hours posted. Called and only music played on the phone for over 5 minutes. If closed, sad. Love this pizza and was craving some today.

I Just tried Gino,s for the first time Sunday.april 28. I heard they had great food. So thought I would give it a try. Really glad I did. Ordered Gino,s special mushroom sausage pepperoni green pepper pizza + Greek salad. Pizza was awesome. Down to last bite. Greek salad, was excellent. Filled up 3 salad bowls. I think I found my new go-to Italian restaurant. Can't wait to try everything on the menu.

Everyone in there is nice! I never order online just because I like the service you get when phone in your order. Have not had anything bad all tastes good portions perfect!
