Decided to try Gino's Pizza in Palm Springs today for the 1st time due to receiving their menu in the mail. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, onions and garlic with 10pc Honey Garlic wings. Went to go pickup my order and was immediately given a friendly greeting from Joe at the counter. Place is a little hole in the wall but very clean and organized. He thanked me for giving their place a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and they exceeded my initial expectations....
Ordered a plain pie on 10/26/24 and I thought it was terrible!!! The pizza was overcooked and burnt. It was also cold. Not warm, not like warm….cold!! We ordered on a Saturday night and they said they were busy but that’s no reason for the food to come out like that! I also didn’t think it had much flavor probably because it was almost dry from being overcooked. We used to order from there about 1.5 years ago and had issues so we stopped going. Amazing Experience!
The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. I encountered a small issue, but Matt, the owner, took care of it promptly. He was incredibly understanding and didn’t hesitate to help. Thank you, Matt, for making the experience even better! I highly recommend this place.
