If its still the same owner 3 years ago then I wont come back . You guys should take a business and customer service class before you open this place . Its a shame ^^
This place is stingy with their customer
All this talk about great service must be a lie. I just called them because I was 10 minutes late for closing. I heard a great reviews about this place and I really wanted to try it out but It was like a 30 minute drive to get here. I called the store to see if they would have some compassion and they didn’t wanna make me anything. They told me they had closed and they dumped all the teas out. That is so wasteful, I do not want to support a store that dumps out tea nightly they should be saving them and reusing them. They told me I could get a brown sugar fresh milk but if I wanted milk, I could’ve just gone to Publix and gotten that I want a tea. I go to a Boba store to get tea not milk. This is so unacceptable. I drove so far and so long to come try this boba everyone says is amazing. I am so disappointed in what I experienced. I never wanna come here again and nobody should try it cause they can’t accommodate me after I’ve been driving for so long. Like they could’ve just put a teabag in hot water it made me It’s not that hard to be nice
I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this place. I always get a passionfruit green tea because there’s absolutely no way you can mess it up. I wanted to try something new and asked the cashier what he thought about the dragon fruit drink. He told me he hated it and wouldn’t recommend it, I loved the honesty and asked what he would recommend for me. Asked me a few questions and told me I should try the passionfruit yogurt slush, said if I didn’t like it he would just make me my regular order free of charge. Which he didn’t have to because the passionfruit yogurt slush was to die for. Loved his kindness and patience with me and it made the experience better and will definitely be coming back.
Staff here were very helpful and accommodating, drinks were a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but delicious.
To be honest, it’s an ok place but I don’t recommend if you want to go there during certain promos you are aware of. I called them before going, to ask if they were joined in on the ongoing promotion event of their current global ambassador, and the lady on the phone said they were. But when I got there, there was nothing related to the promotion. No special drinks added. Idk what she thought when she said they had the drinks that were inspired by the ambassadors current promotion, but the only drinks they had were their regular, everyday drinks. Nothing ambassador related. I am disappointed that I was basically lied to. It’s an ok place, I just don’t recommend going if you want to go for any ongoing promotions gong cha may do in the future. Maybe go to other populated cities for that kind of thing. And make sure this location doesn’t lie to you on the phone…
Love this place. We ordered 5 drinks and they were made accurately and quickly.
If I could give this location no stars I would. Constantly out of boba lol let’s go get boba tea without boba guys! Paying for over priced teas at that point. Ridiculous. The past 3/4 times we have come. Then the staff laughs about it! Rude! Teach your staff manners and good customer service ✌🏼 won’t be returning.
drink tasted funky and boba was severely undercooked never again

A place with very nice people. I'm very happy to see it a year ago. The drinks they make is very delicious and makes you come to this place again. I say this from my own experience since I come to this place every Saturday.
Terrible. I got served by Areli Lopez and another teenage girl there. They acted like they didn't want to be there and seemed like they didn't know how to make bubble tea. I usually go to the one in Pembroke Pines & those employees are GREAT. They are on top of their orders, know what's in stock and give amazing customer service. I never had a problem.Mainly, I am frusturated at the fact that they didn't pay attention on what is in stock. The location closes in 4 hours, and it takes 15-30 minutes to boil black tapioca pearls. Those two were just too lazy to make another batch andsuper unattentive to know that the second topping I ordered was not in stock.Never coming back to this location again.

Very good boba , lot of variety.
This is in no way a complaint because the drinks tasted good, I got a Thai tea latte. I just ended up drinking the grains of the tea, it happens at other stores I’ve had it at or when I brew it myself at home. I just recommend using cheesecloths, they are a lot better than strainers and would take this drink to the next level. I also wanted to get a matcha tea latte for my girlfriend, they asked if I wanted a certain milk and I said I wanted almond because she is allergic to whey protein but the cashier told me the powder still contains whey… I get asking because of lactose intolerance but it’s stupid that they care more about if it’ll send someone to the bathroom or not over someone to the hospital.

Something about Gong cha's tea that makes me finish the entire thing! Very clean store. Fast service and great tea. Pricing is a bit high - $7 for the cheapest size but that seems to be the norm now. My favorite to get here is the passionfruit green tea.

I like Gong Cha. I had my first bubble tea at a Gong Cha in Asia years ago, so it is nostalgic to me. I was suprised and excited to see one near me in florida when searching for bubble tea on google maps. For the most part, it has lived up to what I remember. There are options here that 90% of the other bubble tea places dont have, my favorite being the milk foam, I love the slight salty and savoryness it adds to the tea and how it slowly mixes in.When the drinks are good here they are very good (see picture for example of a perfect drink) but there is a problem with consistancy. Today, and this is the second time it has happened out of maybe 10 visits, my milk foam had small chunks in it. I believe this is a result of overmixing and turning some of the cream into butter because I saw today that a blender is used to make the milk foam and that it was not made fresh but had been in the blender ready to go (not sure if that is typical). It did not taste bad or off, maybe saltier than usual, and it did not mix into the tea how it usually does. Also, my drink did not have the normal green sprinkle garnish.Anyway, im writing such a detailed review because I really like this place and would like to give helpful feedback, but im not the type to do it in person.
