I’ve been to the other gong cha location multiple times and this one multiple times and let me just say this location to me is fantastic. I can pretty much count on these people on making my drink right and with consistency. The workers seem kind and patient as well!

This was my favorite place until they hired the new guy. I spend on average $26 a day with them being that my office is around the corner. Never in my life have I argued with someone over a straw. He's very rude and even charged me 19 cents for a straw. When the manager is there he doesn’t act this way. I will be taking my business elsewhere customer service to me is the most important thing so when I'm spending alott of money weekly with them and i want a big straw for my smoothie i should receive one

Coming from a boba critic this is by far the best boba place ive found. Somehow they seem to get the boba consistently cooked well. However the main reson I come here is for the STRAWBERRY TARO drink! I tried it once and now thats all i get there anymore. I also havent found any other place that can make me a strawberry taro half as good as the one here. The only thing i would say is that i wish there were more tables and chairs. There isnt rly anywhere for a few people to sit down. Besides that the employees are friendly and still my #1 boba place
Lack of professionalism & communication. Jennifer & another employee with way too much eye make-up surely need to learn customer service skills!! My smoothie tasted like chocolate tums..yuk!

Workers are great. I got the brown sugar coffee and my mom got the Mango green tea w/ coconut jelly. I didn’t like the coffee so I went and got the one she got. I didn’t like the black tea. So I just bought a new drink.

Highly disappointed, I went there with high expectations knowing they are from Taiwan and thinking they are the real Taiwanese sxxx.There was no one else there but my matcha boba took more than 10min to make. After taking the order the employee went inside to do something, came out, made the matcha, put too much of it in the cup and had to scoop up and dump some in a sink with a tiny spoon, add boba, ice and scoop and dump more.How do they not know the basic of making drinks? How do they put drinks all the way to the top to realize that was too much and scoop it, (and if you have to dump it all you have to do is tilt the cup above the sink), put ice and boba to realize more needs to be dumped instead of putting boba and ice first and then put the match to the top? I asked a friend of mine from Taiwan about this place and she too said they were not good.I think it's a matter of time that they will go out out business.

Gong Cha never disappoints, no matter the location. This Palm Springs, FL location was very clean, staff was welcoming and fast, along with cute decor! Plenty of parking in the lot and a few seating areas inside. I had the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my boyfriend had the taro milk tea with boba. The boba was fresh and squishy in both of our drinks and the taro wasn't overly sweet, but just right. The brown sugar boba had a bit of an aftertaste most likely due to a sweetener but still enjoyed it. Would love to come back to try more!
