This McDonald’s has become a convenient and reliable spot for a quick meal. Ordering is easy with the touchscreen kiosks, which are kept clean and simple to use. Even without a cashier, the process feels fast and efficient. The staff is attentive, and while the interaction is minimal, the service is smooth and organized. The food is classic McDonald’s quality consistent, hot, and served quickly. The dining area is comfortable and generally well-kept, making it a decent place to sit and enjoy a meal. This McDonald's always has the same problem, it seems like there's only one person for everything. Every day at the drive-through we have to wait like 20 minutes. Today it seems they had more problems than ever because we were there for 30 minutes and only 3 cars ahead of us. I hope they fix that problem quickly.
Ordered a vanilla milkshake while on my work break. employees are to busy on their phone and with whatever other bullshit there doing to simply serve me a shake. now I’m down 6$ and a shake. awful service!

My wife went thru the drive thru in our beautiful fifty anniversary SS camaro . They were cleaning and painting the roof of the McDonalds at this location for maintenance. When my wife got home there was paint all over our car and the manager of this store has not responded to reimbursement for our car as we had to have the whole car buffed and waxed with paint correction to remove the damage . It has been two months .

I bought a McChicken and it tasted old and nasty. The outside was hard with some weird black stuff on it, like it had been sitting there all day. Took one bite and almost gagged

This visit to McDonald’s was really disappointing. The food tasted old and stale—like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken nuggets were cold and soggy, the Mchicken bun was dry, and the chicken barely warm. I expect fast food to at least be fresh and hot, especially when I’m paying for it. Not worth the money or the trip this time. Definitely needs improvement.

This is no longer fast food. It's just cheap. Location has been remodeled. But the service has been degraded due to lack of employees. Two drive through Lanes monitored by one cashier who you meet at the next window. Multitasking is a myth. Ordering inside at the kiosks is even worse because eventually all orders have to be processed by one person. It is obvious by walk-in that they are really trying to channel you into the drive-thru. There is no quick service either way.
I’ve gone to this location 3 times , two of which i ordered the mc crispy tenders and no salt fries and drink. Two of which the fries came back recooked to remove the salt instead of dropping fresh fries with no salt . One of the days one of the employees was so focused on his phone that he got my order wrong. Today I went which makes it day three is when I received another bad batch of old recooked fries and they had no drinks to complete the meal. All three times were between the times of 2am.
Food was cold and ice caramel coffee was nasty.
I came last night with my boyfriend . We come almost every night and get Oreo frappes and there coworker maribel told me “ it’s easier if you use the code at the screen and not at the window , it messes us up over here “ I never had a problem with giving my McDonald’s code before so when she said this I didn’t clearly hear her so I said “ what “ and she repeated herself . I told her I worked at 3 different McDonald’s companies and never had a problem with someone providing me a code whether it was at the screen or the window . I understand that McDonald’s and other fast food companies run on a timer, but all the rudeness attitude and disrespect-she was giving me was just running up her timer anyway. When I confronted her on her behavior I mentioned “ misery loves company keep your negative energy over there” and she had finally proceeded to cash me out. so this whole time me and her bickering, the timer was running, and I wasn’t cashed out. When she finally cashed me and my boyfriend out , we drove up and she screamed out her window with a customer in front of her “you’re not going to do anything” and was screaming nonsense . I told the manager at the window Martin who knows us and sees us a lot at night & has no problem with us helped us with providing his name and her name , free frappe and the company store on a piece of paper . I hope that this girl gets fired for being rude and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable and I’m not just a customer I’m a former employee .
Another horrible McDonald's with no customer service unless you go through drive-thru
Went into this McDonald's divide breakfast it is now 10:15 a.m.. paying cash. And the manager or the person in charge today. Proceeds to say she's not going to help me to use the kiosk. I show her I got cash. And she says go use the cash and come back to the register to pay. And the amount of time it took her to say that she could have already taken my order. Another bunch of lazy McDonald workers
