Swirls Palm Springs

So sad to have been a customer of this place for a couple of years and witness the decline of quality and specially the service. There's 4 guys behind the counter. Just myself as customer and I ordered a simple smoothie that took them 23 minutes to make as I took a sip walking out the door I immediately tossed it in the trash can outside the store.

I walked in for an açaí bowl. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them via DoorDash, a super loyal customer. Only to walk into this place for the first time in person and be COMPLETELY IGNORED. Nobody else in the store, I am standing in front of this young girl and guy and they are avoiding eye contact with me. Imagine a tiny room, you walk in, the door rings loudly and everyone in that tiny room doesn’t lift their head, doesn’t say hi, or ask any questions. I finally said “are you guys not wanting to service me or something? Can I get an açaí bowl?” She proceeds to look at him, give him a weird facial expression, looks to the side and says “we don’t have anymore fruit.” I then asked for their names and they said “no who are you?” I will never recommend them again and I will never buy from them again. Two children just ruined a loyal, years worth customer.

Sadly just ok‘ish ice cream / frozen yoghurt.

My daughter went in to get me an açaí bowl because I’ve been home sick with the flu for 3 days. 2/3 bowls were wrong. She decided to still eat hers. I could not eat mine because they put peanut butter in it and I have a peanut allergy. I drive back the 15 mins from my home to get a new one and the guy at the counter was EXTREMELY rude. Proceeded to tell me “Well what do you want in it then” never apologized . The girl making the bowls was more interested in listening to her head phones then doing her actual job.
The new management team needs to find better employees

I love the food at this place but I would recommend that the workers wear gloves and a mask while preparing the food because they are just touching the food with their bare hands and picking it up from the table. They are talking over the food and then serving it. This will probably be the last time I come because of their issues with cleanliness.

Although the frozen yogurt was good, they don't keep up with cleanliness around the store, nor the bathroom . Its not just messy, its grimey and gross.

The staff is so friendly. The place is adorable and kept immaculate.

Well do you know the saying " a girl can dream" wakey wakey this flavorful, crunchy delicious treat it's literally at your door, just open,grab it, say thank you and enjoy your night in! Yummmmm!

The staff here are very rude and constantly
make homophobic and fat phobic remarks about their customers. I was misgendered for a man when clearly I’m a woman, they’ve done this multiple times I’ve been here and I no longer am going to this place. Their prices for mediocre drinks and shakes are ridiculous as well. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I got a banana shake and wife got a banana ice cream on a cone.It was delicious,the whip cream that they add blended so well with the banana flavor.They do have other toppings which I will try next time.I definitely recommend not because of the banana but they have friendly customer service.
