Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

I used to work here, and the customer service is terrible. When I ordered, they rushed me and even questioned why I chose to order from them in the first place. That's not how customers should be treated. The lack of professionalism and respect made the whole experience very uncomfortable. This place needs serious improvement in how they handle people.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION MAGNET! Staff is slow, rude, and unprofessional. And Still bullying door dashers into preparing EVERY drink? How has the health department not shut down the Merle hay location in Des Moines yet? GROSS

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
