Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

I used to work here, and the customer service is terrible. When I ordered, they rushed me and even questioned why I chose to order from them in the first place. That's not how customers should be treated. The lack of professionalism and respect made the whole experience very uncomfortable. This place needs serious improvement in how they handle people.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

Walked in to order to go, 4 employees talking in the back, all with their back turned to the door….after waiting for some time to be acknowledged, I finally said hey! What’s up wingstop!? An employee begrudgingly came to take my order and made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience. Asked a question and was just given an idk. 🤷🏼♂️ … I don’t eat that…. Well ok then.
The tenders were hella over seasoned to the point of almost inedible. Got cheese fries with the smallest amount of cheese I have seen. Was supposed to get 2 ranch, only got one and the tea was old and gross. I have been here a few times and every single time employees act like jerks, been rude and dismissive and generally don’t give a bleep… but it will be the last. I will not be visiting again. I’m not sure if all wingstops are like this, but I’m not going to test my luck. Wingstop, im out.

I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!
