We started with the gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls), and honestly, they were some of the best I’ve ever had. So fresh, packed with shrimp, lettuce, and herbs, and that peanut sauce? Unreal. I could’ve eaten it by the spoonful.

Then came the phở, and it was pure comfort in a bowl. The broth was rich and flavorful — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles were soft and the beef was perfectly tender. Every bite just hit the spot.

“I tried this restaurant on my way in to grocery shop at the Publix shopping center. They had my order ready upon leaving the store which was only about 12 minutes. The employee that took my order was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the chicken with vegetables. It was fresh, tasty, hot and had a lot of veggies but was light on chicken.
