I was very enthusiastic to try the food for all the raving reviews about this place 😎 sad to say not as expected very expensive for the portions order by (UBBER) the steak sandwich , meat tender (only good thing) but very salty , the chicharrónes small portion $$$ with a huge tamal (scared to open) for a platter . First n last purchase 😞
Excellent chicharrón, pan con lechón, egg breakfast sandwich, in the hot food section as well as all cuts of meat that they will season beforehand if you wish. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always!
As the name implies, this is a butcher shop; this place is a butcher shop that sells hot food (and caters too!). And the hot food is VERY good!—-the Pan con Lechón, the Ropa Vieja, the Chicharrón, the Steak Sandwich and the Breakfast Sandwich all get 5 stars in my book.
