Same problem 2 months in a row. Contacted manager John 1st time, he apologized, contacted John by email 2nd time, NO response. Even did the Marco survey. Arrived at 530 pm for curbside pickup for pizza to be ready at 535, hit button on email saying I was there. At 555, walked into store, front area was empty of customers, asked them about my pizza. They went to the rack and said it is ready. I asked if had been sitting up there for 20 minutes, lady said yes. I advised I hit button...read full review
Food was fresh, hot and fast, employees wrre rocking it out, owner (John) was super down to earth and nice, and being that we just moved from Ohio, where there was a Marcos in every city, Im SUPER excited to have it down here in the beautiful sunshine state with us! thanks for a great Marcos experience!
