I was at Publix and thought about buying donuts, but then decided I wanted some “really good” donuts. I drove 15 minutes to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts (which is in Palmetto). I cashed out at 8:10 am (early morning) and was immediately waited on. All went well, until I got home. The doughnuts were stale!! Obviously left over from the day before. They are so slow and do not have a sense of offering great customer service. Please try a little harder don’t be so standard like every other Dunkin’ Donuts for god’s sake! Ugh.

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. While some locations excel in providing excellent service, others struggle with slow service. Some employees make a positive impact by being attentive and patient, while others craft exceptional beverages that can set the tone for a great day. Despite some inconsistencies, Dunkin' remains a popular destination for coffee and donuts, with some locations offering a well-oiled machine-like experience. Customers appreciate quick service and friendly staff, though they often encounter limited donut variety and a small menu selection. Some customers found the sausage, egg & cheese croissant not the best, tasting like soap. They need more help, as the coffee girl makes coffee way before the drive-up arrives, and the cream on top melts. One customer usually orders the Sourdough bread breakfast sandwich and found that they NEVER butter the toasted bread, and were told it is EXTRA to butter it. Dunkin's is good for a quick coffee and snack, but nothing amazing. Sometimes the coffee hits, sometimes it doesn't. Donuts are decent, but not super fresh every time. It does the job when you're in a rush.
