Aweful! Do not go!! All staff seating around this empty dirty restaurant. They said my well behaved trained black lab was not allowed bc a small dog bi someone previously. The general manager was rude. So many other better options.

Terrible!!!!! Worst experience! Left and went somewhere else. Places was empty with trash everywhere and about 4 staff sitting around staring at you and rude when I walked in. My well behaved trained black lab was not allowed on the patio. General manager. Solomon Harrison was rude and the worse. Soo many other better places to go. Called many times to speak with owner and phone is always off the hooo or either busy. Take my word, don’t waste your time or money here!!

Might be a bad night but we’ve been here an hour and still no food. Servers couldn’t decide which tables they had. Paid extra for a Caesar salad and it was only iceberg lettuce with dressing. Only checked for drinks once in 90 min Never an apology for the delay. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible first time experience! Had to leave. Called in a reservation for six an hour ahead for a family dinner. Asked to be seated outside. Lady on phone could barely speak English, but confirmed. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have any reservation under our name? No one wrote anything down. Then they said we can’t sit outside to eat? Offered us only eating in the bar instead. We said, Ok, but after sitting there 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged a party of six. No hello, no ‘we’ll be right with you’, no drinks, nothing. Was excited to try to place but will now never go back. Terrible. Had to leave and went to eat elsewhere. Horribly run by management!!!

Everything was good until the raccoon joined the festivities! The staff tried to scare the raccoon off but it wouldn't go. We saw a whole family of raccoons in the mangroves next to the tables! I figured the staff would have called animal services to get rid of the animals. Not sure if i will be going back!

Been here a few times. Taco Tuesday great quality and Value then the wife and I dropped in and the food was just OK. Good service and nice location. I will give them another try.

We used to go to this restaurant when it was owned by different owners. The food was good. Had the chicken Alfredo. Ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture. Hubby had fish and chips. Both were good

Poor service. Guess we were an inconvenience. Left after drinks so couldn't say about the food. Plenty of other places to try before trying this again. Nice view tho.
Prices have gone way up, the place is not what is was back in 2021, food seems frozen not fresh, don't think we will be back. I read most of the reviews and the bad ones nobody wants to address. So that tells me they only care about the good ones. Thats sad!!!!

At the time of writing this I haven't even gotten my food yet but customer service is abysmal here. Can't sit in certain areas because there's not enough space? For 5 people? C'mon. Also the workers inside are definitely mad about the fact that they have to work. If I can I'll update on the food
