Very disappointed in our main course tonight. My wife and I both had the fish and chips (fish fry). I was not expecting frozen fish portions to be used. The fish was at the most 3/4” thick including the batter. It was overcooked. Once I pulled the batter away from the filet I noticed the filet was a grayish color and very dry leading me to believe these were frozen fish portions which I wouldn’t expect at this kind of waterfront restaurant. Some may find the chicken in the jambalaya overcooked and dry. For large groups, the restaurant demonstrates excellent accommodations. The parking lot is a tight squeeze. It is worth noting that dock space for boat arrivals is limited, which may present a challenge during busy periods. The restaurant offers fantastic food and service that makes it a worthwhile dining destination.
