This is not just the worst seafood market in Panama City Beach but the worst seafood market of all time. Walked in to pick up some Mahi and shrimp for the road. A guy came around and looked at us weird and said cane we help you. I asked if they had royal reds and he said we have no fish and no shrimp. How are you even open and still in business? Will never attempt to come to this place again that is for sure.
Good food and great service
Great place to get fresh seafood. Very polite staff. I highly recommend!
Fresh seafood. The man who attends is very kind.
We’ve been to PCB 5 times in the last few years and Capt Anderson’s is by far my favorite restaurant I’ve had so far! Sooo good!
I caught my limited on b- liners, 1 large snapper , 2 grouper and didn't check my catch after they cleaned them. Got back to ga. And found 1 small grouper filet. They absolutely ripped me off ! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CLEAN YOUR FISH !
I wish I could give zero stars!! This place is a rip off. Never take your fish there to be cleaned. They still your fish that you paid good money to go catch. So basically you pay them to take your fish. They do not even clean them properly.
Absolutely Delicious! Atmosphere Perfect...Classy Beautiful View Waitress Excellent
We brought in a total of 73 fish, only received 75 fillets. Half the fillets were missing. and we watched them literally leave so much meat on the fish and they just toss it… it’s actually insane how they “clean” the fish. DO NOT TAKE FISH HERE FOR CLEANING!!!
80¢ per pound, $8 minimum. $1 per vacuum bag. If they say 45mins-1 hour leave and come back, probably take upwards 2hours for fish cleaning, will keep fish on ice. Willing to save bodies and organs for gardening but must bring your own container or bag. Decent selection of fresh fish available for purchase inside. Pay for fish cleaning with credit/debit inside and pick up fish in the back.
Restaurantji Recommends
We asked for throats on groupers and they gave us a whole head and didn’t want to even want to try to resolve the situation.
Talked to employees at captain andersons as to where you are located on the property, nobody would help, or knew how because both sent me different places. Finally I left and will go buy seafood somewhere else. The lady selling tickets sent me around a building with no entrance other than employees and restrooms
Brought in two strings of fish from our trip fishing and let them clean them. Dumb decision, but I learned a lesson. 23 fish should equal 46 filets. Instead, I received 20 and when I asked about the other fish, she went in back and came back with 2 filets. Still only 1 fish. Would not recommend letting them clean your catch.
I was highly disappointed by the parmasan baked oysters. The oysters were literally tiny. The lobster tail had a consistency that I had never experienced before. Lobster tails are usually a little chewy but this was soft like it had been tenderized. I wouldn't return.
We arrived on a rainy cold windy night at 7:55 for a special birthday dinner. Older grumpy guy locking doors in our face. We knocked he said Kitchen is closed. Not sorry, next time. We were with a prominent local restaurant owner. She wanted to find out what was going on! Staff said too late. There were several very large tables of people dining. Oh well, kitchen started cleaning. RUDE. We went next door to the Grand Mariner instead. Our restaurant owner friend didn’t understand why we went to Anderson’s in the first place. Grand Mariner super friendly. NO RUSH.
