“As an avid Waffle House diner, this was by far one of the best teams I’ve seen. Everyone was extremely friendly, and even though it was packed, we received our food and drinks quickly.

Katheryn was so welcoming and kind, and she was doing a great job training Sadie. She’s clearly a great asset to the team. The cherry on top was Mama Liz. She put the biggest smile on my face when she brought out a smiley-face waffle! It genuinely made my day. Small gestures like that truly create the best guest experiences.

It can make guests feel a bit uncomfortable, especially when it involves something that enhances the experience (like the smiley-face waffle).
