Coconuts Restaurant

We came here for a late lunch on Wednesday. We walked in and we're greeted by Alicia! She was so helpful and sat us right away, on the outdoor patio in the cutest swinging booth, the whole time talking to our kids so sweetly! Our server (didn't catch his name) was quick to get to us and get our drink order. While we waited our youngest kept saying Alicia's name and she came over and talked with us some more. We ordered peel and eat shrimp and hush puppies, shrimp tacos, kids spaghetti, grouper tacos, and the cheese curds and fries. Krista came over and talked to us and the kids too and then the manager came over to talk to us. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! The food was all amazing! Before we left Alicia brought the kids virgin strawberry mango drinks. So amazing!! Would definitely recommend again and again!

The food was par. The server was a very nice lady but slow and forgetful. It wasn't busy, and we had to keep reminding her to bring stuff. Two of got the Rasta Pasta, and it was bland, like very bland, nothing to it. The jerk wings had good flavor and a spicy kick. (They automatically add 18% gratuity to your ticket, so it doesn't matter how the service is they are getting their money anyway, NOT A FAN, it promotes bad service) Better restaurants in the area at this price.

Food was amazing. The jerk chicken wings were fantastic. Coconut shrimp were huge!!! Children spaghetti was awesome. And the mahi tacos were perfectly cooked. We avoided this place because of the reviews, but don't miss out!!

The absolute worst experience. We asked to sit outside the host seemed annoyed by this. They seat us and then move us again to opposite side. Wait 15 mins for someone to come get drink orders. The sign and their shirts say pizza. They don’t have pizza. So while my mom was trying to find something else the waitress huffed and was like I’ll be back. I’m like no we’re ready. We order two kids meals and two appetizers. She never came back to check on us, my son’s drink sat empty for quite some time. Get my check and there is added fees and gratuity on my bill already. So basically they don’t care how their service is because they automatically get what they think they’re worth. $70 total. Will never go back.

Food was decent. Waitress was super friendly and nice!!! Food is way over priced. And its very loud considering you're directly across from outdoor water park

Deliciously different! The Rasta Pasta was shrimp alfredo with a West Indies twist. It had a slight smoky flavor that just worked so well. Everyone in our group loved their dish. We will be back again soon.

The food was truly amazing and exceeded expectations. The waitress, despite the busy environment, maintained a cheerful and hardworking attitude. It's clear the restaurant is currently experiencing a high volume of customers. Due to the understaffing, it is understandable that a degree of patience is required. Overall, the dining experience was very enjoyable, thanks to the quality of the food and the waitress's positive demeanor.

Initially this would’ve been a one star review. Our server Delight saved that. She was absolutely wonderful and so kind. We were seated and waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table. We were glanced at but no one came over and took our order. Delight happened to be clearing a table in her section and once my husband explained our plight she jumped into action and took care of us. The food was ok, but the service was better.

The service is terrible! Waited an hour for food for it to be cold of course. Then had no silverware, another 5 minutes to get that. We were one of 3 tables at the time, they weren't busy! Server wouldn't do separate checks for our party of 3! They add in gratuity on parties of 2 or more, not listed on menu! They also add in other hidden fees like a resort fee & tech fee! We had an additional 26 dollars of fees added to our bill. Food is not that good for price. Absolute garbage, don't go here! We were there end of March 2025.

Food was a let down. NOT worth the prices. Service was fine but nothing special at all. The atmosphere was the best thing about it.

Definitely Need more staff only 2 waitresses..after we got seated as soon as we walked in Sat & waited for atleast 10mins b4 even came to get drinks dropped off drinks then didn't see her for another 10mins b4 took Our order..food did come out quick & was good Not sure if I'd return tho as we sat on patio area almost Every table was dirty & DR looked like a tornado went thru it??‍??

Cute. Not a real "nice" view....it's the back of a resort hotel lol. But, nice servers and good portions. Oh and their home Fries are what I know as tater tots or potato puffs.
