Prime location right across the street from the beach. Walking here, or drive. There's parking right outside. It isn't about the food. The food is comfort food, as you'd make at home. Large portions for a decent price. You should spend your money here because of the atmosphere. Nostalgia. We all want to experience it - and hold it in a special place. The ambiance is worth the sit. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and attentive! The owners are wonderful. They treat their staff well (and the staff has worked at the establishment for quite a number of years). Their dedication to the owners prompted us to find out why!)... By our 2nd day eating there, the week before Memorial Day weekend, we saw why! Family owned and ran. The owners were working in the kitchen and at the counters alongside their staff. This is what we're missing in America these days. Skip the franchises.
