If you're off of Thomas Dr. check out this sandwich shop. Great establishment for delicious sub sandwiches in the area.
My favorite is the muffalatta. But the Italian is a close second. Expanded selection of sandwiches even for picky eaters.
The decor is a collection of music memorabilia, including record jackets plastered to the walls. Seeing the record jacket pictures sure brings back memories.
Located across from the Navy base entrance next to Dunkin Donuts. DON'T confuse this shop with Fatty Patties, which is in the same shopping center.

I come here regularly for the fan freaking tastic food and fun atmosphere! Love everything this place offers from the daily specials, the seasonal cheesecake desserts. The soups in the sour dough bread bowls are a must!!! ????

Best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. Went on a Monday around lunchtime with a party of 5, we all got something different and were all so impressed we went again today, Tuesday. The Italian stallion is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. And the sloppy Joe I had today was pretty damn amazing too! Who TF is fatty patty? Doesn’t matter. FATTYS is where it’s at!

We love this place. It is a must every time we visit Panama City Beach. Not a lot of parking or seating during rush hours, but the flavor and portion size make that worth it. Pricing is also very good, we paid 34 for 2 people and were completely stuffed when we left.
