We had a great time here. The menu is interesting and not your average vacation town food. We really enjoyed everything we had but really liked the brussel sprouts and the wagyu carpaccio. Our server Paul was also really great as well. We went with all small plates, plus a salad and shared between the three of us. Really great spot!

This is a must go place when my family is visiting PCB. We fondly remember each meal we have had on our visits. Please do yourself a favor and give them a try.

10/10 top to bottom fantastic. Quite literally the best meal we’ve had since we’ve lived in Florida and one of our favorites EVER. The wine selection is super underrated and has some things I’ve seen no where else (and at a great price). The food was phenomenal. Oysters were fresh and tasty, the Carpaccio was quite literally the best I’ve ever had, the steak tartare is rightfully a local favorite, and the Elk Loin was legitimately next level.
Our bartender, David, made the experience one that we will never forget. Friendly, professional, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, and genuinely cool as can be. David has a masterful knowledge of the menu and offerings to an impressive degree. He ALONE will be the reason we return, as well as the fantastic menu. The hostess, other servers, and staff in general were all amazing. This place is an absolute gem.
Do yourself a favor and try this place ASAP. Can honestly say this might be the best restaurant in AT LEAST a 50 mile radius. Cannot wait to go back, they made our anniversary the best one yet!

Wow! Escargot in the shell was off the charts. Thier Bison Ribeye is perfect. Great wine and though its a bit pricey it is worth every Bite! Great date night.

We had such a traumatic experience at this restaurant. Let me just tell you this, my husband and I came to Hunt & Gather Raw Bar & Pub to celebrate our birthdays. The owner OBNOXIOUSLY screamed into my husband's face over her actual pure disgust over us. It really felt like a sick joke at first. Having no shame in being truly creepy, she arrogantly snapped at us right as we were walking out the door. What kind of place does that? After politely attempting to discern what she was upset about, the owner doubled down on her disrespectful attitude and a finger-pointing drama scene. Given her unreasonable and inexcusable response, and based on many other reviews with consistent experiences, I find it necessary to share with those who are considering giving this place a try. I wish we never did. No one deserves to be treated the way we were in any situation. She even urged us to write a review when I was trying to seek understanding. We will be happily supporting our many other wonderful, worthy, local restaurants that we know treat their customers respectfully and make them feel welcomed.

Strip mall restaurant next to a hair salon and dollar general. With homeless and drug head hanging out on the side of the building. Drove there to purchase a particular dish of Octopus and carpaccio but the rude girl at the door insisted you have to eat it there. No Togo or a box to pit it in. Absolutely pathetic. I have Eaten at amazing places that were happy to box up an over priced meal. That girl will be the failure here. Not recommended even if you do want to sit down. It's at a bar since there is nearly no space inside.

My husband and I have been twice now, and it is an absolute pleasure! We have enjoyed a variety of small plates, and will continue to try new dishes. We feel that for the overall quality, service and variety of flavors, this is a dining treasure.

Hank was a good server! He explained everything to us! Started with the octopus and wedge salad, both very good! Salad big enough to share. We both had the whole fish which was yellowtail snapper. Cooked perfectly, but beware of small bones!
Went back 2/2025, David waited on us at the bar! Very friendly and attentive! Tried 3 small plates, bone marrow, octopus and lamb lollipops. Bone marrow was interesting, but probably wouldn't get it again. Octopus very good, had a little heat.. The lamb lollipops were fantastic!! Will be back to have those again!!

Horrid customer service. Owner and wife hostess are jerks. Food is way over spiced, as if they're trying to mask the meat's own flavors. Makes me question if it really is exotic offerings or just covering for grossly overpriced cow and chicken. Either way it's a HARD PASS on this shady strip mall dump.
