Closing 20 minutes early is insane!! If you all close at 9 then the employees should not be closing early. I pulled up at 8:40pm to go inside and order and the employee is on the ladder turning off the open sign. DO BETTER!

I LOVE Jersey Mike’s! But this location absolutely sucks! They’re always out of bread. ALWAYS. I’ve tried ordering here multiple times the past few months and after I place my order…sure enough I get a call about “we’re out of bread, would you like a wrap or a bowl?” Umm no? I like my sandwiches with bread…How the heck can you run a sandwich shop with no bread at 7pm? Good grief.

I went in at 4:00 and was told that I would need to wait nearly 30 minutes for bread to be ready. How do you run a sandwich shop and not know when you need to make bread to ensure you are able to properly serve your customers. Enjoy the lost sale. I'm sure mine won't be the last.

The employees here are the problem .they aren’t very friendly and they get worse when you don’t tip them. …for counter service. Absolutely ridiculous. You aren’t a server. You make sandwiches. You do nothing to enhance the experience. The prissy guy with the mascara is the worst. Perhaps grown men shouldn’t be working at a college job if they need more money? I like jersey mikes but I’ll be going to jimmy johns from now on. Easy going people who do not try to guilt you into tipping them for 10seconds worth of work they are already being paid for. This tipping has gotten out of hand and most of the time it goes to the owner who “shares” it . not directly to the employees ..when you wait on me you’ll get 30% when you hand me a sandwich across the counter. You’ll get a thanks.

The food was good as it always is at any Jersey Mike’s location. The staff here was the most unfriendly I’ve ever seen. They didn’t speak even though we were the only customers in the store—and didn’t even reply when I said good morning to them. From then on it felt so awkward. While we were eating I noticed another customer said thank you as he was paying and the cashier did not respond or say thank you. Management needs to train them or fire them. I would go out of my way not to eat here.Dietary restrictions: So thankful for the GF bun option.

I would of liked for them to put other stuff on my sandwich but they said it only comes with what it says on there an I would of loved for them to heat up my ham an cheese but they couldn't I got home heated it an it was good just few things I would do differently but in all I would go

My husband and I often visit this store and we joke that the quality of food is very dependent on who is working. Apparently the crew today needs you to ask FOUR times not three times to not put your sandwich on the cutting board due to pickle allergies (literally the 5 sandwiches in front of me had pickles) but instead they change gloves and put your sandwich on the cutting board anyway. So if you have an allergy be sure to repeat yourself FOUR times to at least two or more people. I tried two people so you may have to try three.
