The food was good as it always is at any Jersey Mike’s location. The staff here was the most unfriendly I’ve ever seen. They didn’t speak even though we were the only customers in the store—and didn’t even reply when I said good morning to them. From then on it felt so awkward. While we were eating I noticed another customer said thank you as he was paying and the cashier did not respond or say thank you. Management needs to train them or fire them. I would of liked for them to put other stuff on my sandwich but they said it only comes with what it says on there an I would of loved for them to heat up my ham an cheese but they couldn't I got home heated it an it was good just few things I would do differently but in all I would go

My husband and I often visit this store and we joke that the quality of food is very dependent on who is working. Apparently the crew today needs you to ask FOUR times not three times to not put your sandwich on the cutting board due to pickle allergies (literally the 5 sandwiches in front of me had pickles) but instead they change gloves and put your sandwich on the cutting board anyway. So if you have an allergy be sure to repeat yourself FOUR times to at least two or more people....read full review
