I have to begin saying that the store manager of this particular Jersey Mikes, (Jeremy) he is a very professional, respectful person! My daughter’s DoorDash delivery person messed up her order. We tried getting back with the person to report the issue, delivery guy said that he couldn’t come back to retrieved the original order. I do want to point out that Jersey Mikes was NOT at fault.

The food was good as it always is at any Jersey Mike’s location. The staff here was the most unfriendly I’ve ever seen. They didn’t speak even though we were the only customers in the store—and didn’t even reply when I said good morning to them. From then on it felt so awkward. While we were eating I noticed another customer said thank you as he was paying and the cashier did not respond or say thank you. Management needs to train them or fire them. I would go out of...

I would of liked for them to put other stuff on my sandwich but they said it only comes with what it says on there an I would of loved for them to heat up my ham an cheese but they couldn't I got home heated it an it was good just few things I would do differently but in all I would go
