Had a great time but due to the security guard “Murray” we will not be back. We left today and was taking pictures when he came over to our family and started talking to us about how stupid we were because we were outside in the pool area. There was a sign that said pool closed not that the patio was closed. So we were taking a family photo out there. He came up and asked us if we “ate tide pods”. I remained calm and said excuse me. He continued to literally run his mouth and told me “if you’re feeling froggy then leap boy”. During all of this I had my 2 children wife and parents with us. He told me he can’t throw the first punch but he will make sure to throw the last. I told him to clock out and take his uniform off if he had such a problem. Then I asked who his supervisor was he told me to F off and don’t worry about it. So for the unknown number of times I asked what his problem was and his only response was if you’re feeling like getting froggy then leap. He then follows us down by the beach where we continued our family pictures and he kept staring at us making hand gestures. The place itself was amazing and the crew that worked on the beach was amazing but the security is a huge jerk and has no business working around people. He said there was nobody in this area that could take him and I’d better not try cause he has taken the outlaws mc and other motorcycle clubs down single handedly. Not sure what that has to do with me because I’m not anything to do with motorcycle clubs nor did I have a motorcycle there. So beware of the tough guy security guard that’s looking to fight people. He cussed my wife said he won’t hit a woman but he would hit a bit€H. We stayed in 1903w beautiful view.

Pamela was our first impression of the property and she was so kind and welcoming. We instantly felt at home and knew if we needed anything we could come to the gift shop. Love the coffee shop. No complaints for the price we paid. I’d recommend to my friends and family. We love Splash and will be back!

We loved staying at Splash! It was as comfortable and enjoyable as any location we’ve ever been. We were greeted by a very upbeat lady, named Pamela, who made check-in quick, easy and pleasant. Overall a great experience!

We stayed in 1407 East. A two bedroom with bunk set and full balcony on 14th floor. The resort is nice and geared towards families, pools and amenities are great. Slightly rundown but nothing terrible The room was overall spacious but definitely needed a good cleaning. Bed, counters and bath were fairly clean. Cabinets walls etc were definitely grungy. Fridge froze up first night and was so loud it kept us all up from 3 am onwards. Pull out couch is broken and couch sags. We enjoyed the vacation. Enjoyed the condo but def expected more

Mrs. Pamela was a great face to see that welcomed us in like we was family. She will take care of you like family! Only complaint is that it is a long walk from the parking garage to the west wing of the building.

Stayed in 501 East. The condo was clean and had an awesome view. Pamela at the front desk is one of the best parts of the stay. She is friendly, helpful and a true blessing ! She always has a kind word and a big smile!

We stayed in unit 701E. The views were beautiful, but the resort is poorly managed. Our unit was completely dirty and clearly not cleaned well between guests. Door locks were broken posing a huge safety risk for young children. The floors were full of crumbs and trash, bathrooms were not cleaned, sheets were not changed, furniture was stained, appliances were broken. We attempted to be in contact with local management and were given reimbursement of $100 dollars only (for a $3000 total stay with a $500 cleaning fee that we paid).

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE STAY AT SPLASH! We stayed in 1606 East and it had mold on all the vents, sink was leaking in the kitchen, furniture was dirty, and you only get a sheet to sleep with and your not made aware of that until you get that and can physically see there isn’t blankets, the number than your given to call or text is not a non reply number! The pool is closed half of the time! The pool is extremely packed and there isn’t enough seats so you have to wait for someone to get up before you can get a chair or place your belongings on the ground! There is in 2 elevators on each wing and with it be 21 floors you have to wait 30-45 minutes to get on a elevator unless you go out about 1-3pm. The main interest this resort offers is 2 pools, the kiddie area with a water slide and a dump bucket, and a lazy river with a small splash pad area for babies! You are right on the beach but the entrance to the beach is a public entrance so it’s also very busy, canopy are only allowed behind the chairs and umbrellas that some condors come with but ours didn’t, so we had no where to put up shade for the kids unless we wanted to be 50ft from The beach! There was no way to get into contact with the owners better yet a staff member if you needed help! You do have to pay a $30 fee for parking and a wristband! The condo was very spacious and for us perfectly but the issues the condo had and no one to contact was a bummer for us! Sadly we won’t be returning to splash! Wouldn’t advise going based on high reviews, we did that and were very disappointed!

Phenomenal experience. Pamela at check in is a breath of fresh air. We stayed in 404E and the view was breathtaking! I couldn’t recommend anything more. It would be just as good for adult only but it was perfect for our small family.
First time at PCB and we loved it. The weather wasn’t great, but the accommodations sure were. The condo was spacious and beautiful, and fairly priced. The kids had a great time in the water park and the pools. The beach access was right in the middle of everything and easy to use. We had a great time. The views were amazing as well. The resort is clean and very family friendly. There are several walkable areas for food and shopping. Pamela at the gift shop/ check in was so friendly, helpful and informative. I enjoyed talking with her and seeing her big smile. We are enjoying ourselves. This trip for my nieces 16th birthday will sure make for some very special memories.

We really enjoyed Splash Resort. It is right on the beach, has a few different pool options, and our condo was very nice. The little splash pad was also fun. The pools had some shade in the mornings and there were options to avoid the sun throughout the whole day if you wanted to. The beach chair service was nice. We ate at Riptide Bar and Grill 3 times and we really liked it each time. The only disappointment was the tipping bucket in the water slide area truly is quite loud and happens very often (like once a minute). My young kids love water slides, but the bucket was just too much for them. We had been to a water slide park before with a tipping bucket and it didn't bother them, but this one was just so loud and really splashed you if you were on any of the slides or near them. Maybe some of the older kids like the bucket, but after reading similar experiences from others, I think it would be great if they just stopped using it. Overall, we loved our stay. It felt very safe and family friendly. We were on the first floor which allowed us to skip the elevator line which often was quite long and I think this really improved our experience too. Overall, I would recommend it!

Our family had a good stay at Splash Resort. The location is great. The traffic in the area is not as heavy as other locations in PC. There is ample parking and plenty of carts to get luggage to the room. The ocean side is wonderful. The facilities were clean. The following are things that if changed, could have made the trip great. 1. The condominium's furniture did not match exactly as the pictures. We stayed in a unit advertised for 8. The dining table only had two chairs. None of the remotes for the tv's had covers and did not fully function. The fully stocked kitchen did not have pot holders. The curtains for the bedroom were flimsy and keeping light from the outside was impossible. 2. The only hot tub is located near the kid play area making it an attractive spot for kids to play. The signs prohibiting children were completely ignored by parents, kids and security. If I got in the hot tub, it never failed some kid would do a canon ball over my head landing in the hot tub. 3. The beach is beautiful.Renting a chair and umbrella was expensive, so I would wake up early, take my own beach chair and umbrella near the ocean just far enough away, a high wave would not wash away my belongings. The people who rented the chairs and umbrellas had no problem dropping a large umbrella and chairs between us and the ocean obstructing our view. Every day, the waves would soak the renters' belongings. 4. The pool area was nice but caution could not avoid people falling on the wet surfaces. I even fell myself entering the bathroom. A surface coating with some course material could go a long way to make walking safer and more secure. Would I recommend this place to families with children? Absolutely. Will I choose this place again for a vacation? Probably not. Again, the place was nice and gave us the opportunity to have an enjoyable beach vacation.
