There will be a wait around dinner time, but it's worth it! There's the live alligators, of course, which are cool. But if you're looking for a casual place with great locally-caught seafood, this will scratch that itch!

Absolutely Outstanding!

Bayou Bill's Crab House was hands down the best meal we had on our entire trip to Panama City Beach!

When we arrived, the parking lot was packed, but we got lucky and grabbed a spot as someone was leaving. Inside, there had to be close to 100 people already waiting.

We put our name on the list and were told it would be about an hour, but to our surprise we were seated in only about 30 minutes. They do an amazing job managing the crowd and keeping things moving.

Even the wait was enjoyable because they have live alligators to see, and many people even got the chance to hold one. It made the time fly by and added to the fun experience.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was friendly, attentive, and efficient despite how busy they were.

The food was absolutely incredible. We had the raw oysters, the crab boil, and the crab cake and shrimp dinner, and every bite was perfect. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.

If you're visiting Panama City Beach and love seafood, Bayou Bill's is a must-visit. It's easy to see why it's so popular with both locals and visitors.

We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

I should have figured from the name, but it would have been nice for a reminder on the description for the food. Starred with some chargrilled oysters that were fabulous, moved onto some gumbo and a blue crab dip. Oh my, it was so good.
I was disappointed in my broiled sample platter, only in that everything was covered in a red Cajun seasoning. My first time for deviled crab which was amazing. We went around 7 and had a one hour wait, but grabbed a drink & watched the baby gators.
It would have been a 5 star plus if the creole seasoning didn't smother my entree.

Waiter got an automatic gratuity due to party size, we could tell he had dishes piled high in the middle of our table, empty drink glasses waiting on refills, was Red Lobster seafood but way more expensive. Only good part was the alligator picture

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews, and the overall experience was unique and enjoyable. The atmosphere and presentation made it feel like it would be something special. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the experience. Most of the dishes were lacking flavor and felt pretty underwhelming. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. Overall, I would not return.

Always a long line outside so you would think the food and service would be phenomenal… but it was the opposite. Server was in his own world, the food wasn’t good, food was forgotten, and the food wasn’t cooked properly.

I've loved this place ever since I moved here! They let me swim with the alligators now! Local!

The food was excellent, but be prepared to wait. We arrived at 5:10pm and had to wait over an hour for a table. After that, everything was great. I'm a bit concerned about the number of baby alligators in their small pond out front, but I’m sure they are following regulations about that.
